More news from Cavalieri Hilton hotel: 22 September its "La Pergola" restaurant received the title of the best. The award was presented by "Gambero Rosso Roma" - the guide to dining facilities in Lazio. This year La Pergola was the only restaurant in the region to receive the Gambero Rosso's three forks - the highest and the prestigious ranking which could be compared to the Michelin's three stars. Unlike the previous years, when such criteria as the ambience was taken into consideration, this year the restaurants were only evaluated by such parameters as food, wine selection and the quality of service.
