The celebrated British musician, the former lead guitarist of a legendary rock band Dire Straits - Mark Knopfler - arrives June 6 to the Roman Palalottomatica to perform in support of his latest album "Kill to Get Crimson" (released in Spetember 2007).

The famous guitar virtuoso is noted for being left-handed while playing a right-handed guitar without using a pectrum. His first solo album, Golden Heart, was released after the Dire Straits disbanded in 1996 - all in all, you can find eight albums by the artist. He has also played with some other bands like The Notting Hillbillies and collaborated with famous artists such as Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Bryan Ferry, Emmylou Harris, John Fogerty and others.
