The Antico Condotti and the Al 55 townhouse suites are located around the corner from the main Hotel which is housed in an historical palazzo approximately 20 meters away. The rooms are all beautifully decorated with the same amenities as the hotel but with an extra luxurious touch. Complete with private en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer; individually controlled heating and air conditioning; satellite TV; mini bar; safe and telephone. Each room is equipped with a welcome tray complete with kettle. AL 55 is the newer of the townhouse suites on the same street as the Antico Condotti a couple of minutes away from the Spanish Steps. On the palazzos second floor we have created five rooms with two of them interconnecting. Great attention to special lighting will help you relax in your home from home whilst in Rome. Elevators are only available at AL 55 townhouse suites. For Antico Condotti the first floor is reached by stairs. Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
