The Hotel is at 20, Piazza di Spagna, The Spanish Steps on the third floor, with an elevator, of an 18th century palace design by Ing. Pierret, ancestor of the actual owners, also mentioned in a marble plaque on the facade. Most of the windows look over the Spanish Steps, so close that it almost seems to participate to the promenade going on and on. The entrance to the third floor was conceived as the prosecution of a typical Roman alley, both for the paving and the lighting. The care with which the ambience was made and the furnishings set this Hotel on top of elegance and luxury.

From Northern Italy: Once in Rome, from the G.R.A. *ring road* take exit Salaria towards the city center and leave the car at the garage Park Si at Porta Pinciana, on top of Via Veneto. A subway connects the parking area with the Spanish Steps and the Hotel. From southern Italy: From G.R.A *the ring road* take exit A 24 *highway Roma-L'Aquila* towards Rome as far as the Tangenziale. Exit Salaria and straight on to the Porta Pinciana, where your car can be parked at the garage *Park Si*. A subway connects the parking area with the Spanish Steps and the Hotel.

Recreation Information
Roman Sport Center is with 15 minutes walking distance, thanks to the underway connecting Piazza di Spagna Metro Station with the Villa Borghese.
