At a separate location on the 1st floor is our original townhouse suite Antico Condotti with an independent entrance. You will find five comfortable rooms located only 20m from Piazza di Spagna. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom; heating-air conditioning; colour TV with satellite reception; mini bar and telephone. At the Al 55 location an intense travel experience awaits you. An opportunity to experience in full the atmosphere of real Rome staying in a palazzo just 5m from The Spanish Steps. On the 2nd floor of the palazzo we have created 5 rooms with special lighting effects to help you relax in your home away from home.
