The International Horse Show at Piazza di Siena is a real must for those fond of equestrian sports. The event has been organised annually for 75 years now, with a pause made only for the period from 1940 to 1947 (during the Second World War). In 2003 the show in Rome joined Samsung Super League which consists of 8 most important CSIOs (Official International Show Jumping Competitions).

The Horse Show has a great popularity (50.000 visitors during the 4 days last year) and is well covered by the mass media, so if you don't have a chance to visit the show - watch it on the TV. This year the traditional grass layer for the show will be replaced by the technological sandy ground. The dates for the event are: 22 - 25 May 2008.

Auditorium Parco della Musica is proud to present the first edition of the Roma Blues Festival, which is organized by the Musica Per Roma association.
Romans as well as the guests of the Italian capital have a chance to enjoy live performances of the legendary bluesmen such as Bo Diddley (who has celebrated fifty years onstage in 2005), John Hummond (one of the most acclaimed white blues performers), The Blind Boys Of Alabama (who have recently worked with Peter Gabriel and Ben Harper), and others.

All Saints Anglican Church is a multicultural community of about two hundred Anglicans from all around the world, a part of the Church of England's Diocese of Europe which is made up of more than 150 Chaplaincies throughout continental Europe and even beyond (Vladivostok and Tangiers).
Many Christians choose this church for the blessing of their marriages. Many local and touring choirs and orchestras organize their concert venues at the All Saints.
In February and March the visitors have a chance to listen to the compilation of various pieces of famous operas with all of the orchestra and singers in classic costumes of the XVIII century. The program is made up of fragments from "La Boheme", "Il Barbiere di Siviglia", "La Traviata", "Madam Butterfly", etc.

The exhibition of Italian artworks, which were illegally exported from the country, will be open to public on 21 December in Roman Palazzo del Quirinale. The articles were given back by the American museums.
The presentation of the 69 exhibits took place on 17 December. Italian Ministry of Culture together with the Interpol managed to prove that several dozens of articles, which were the pride of the British Museum, the Metropolitan Museum Of Art, the Boston Museum Of Fine Arts and the Getty Museum were excavated by the "black" archaeologists and were sold to museums by the "grey antiquarians". After the prolonged negotiations, broken by the threatening of a "cultural embargo", the museums agreed to hand over the artworks to Italy.
